Soft copies of selections and schedules which were prepared by the EPS in Filipino were given to all the teachers in Filipino.
Teachers reproduced the selections using the learners’ tablets or giving hard copies.
Learners were given 30 minutes to read and answer the selection on a daily basis. PSDs and EPSs monitored the implementation of the project.
Learners were given post assessments to measure their progress.
Teachers with zero non-reader class will be awarded.
Objective/Outcome
To address the learning gap specifically in Reading of the grade school pupils assessed to have poor reading comprehension.
To enable all grades 1-6 students reading in the level where they are.
To implement reading remediation program using ICT resources like the USB OTGs, Blue-tooth speakers of which funds were provided for by the Central office and the digitized materials saved in the tablets provided for by the Local Government Unit
