• Actual Implementation of the innovation in teaching beginning reading Non-readers from Grades 2-6.

• Grade 1 Learners ( KOTOBEE English e-book) while Grades 3 to 6 learners will use the reading selections taken from Phil IRI and other DepEd issued  books *Conduct of Reading Assessment for identified non-readers from Grades 2-6 

• Conduct of Reading Assessment for all Grade 1 Learners using KOTOBEE English e-book 

• Evaluation of the project.

Objective/Outcome 

• To address the learning gap specifically in Reading of the grade school pupils assessed to have poor reading comprehension. 

• To make learners readers in their grade level. 

• To implement reading remediation program using ICT resources like the USB OTGs, Bluetooth speakers of which funds were provided for by the Central office and the digitized materials saved in the tablets provided for by the Local Government Unit.
